I’m Shamananda, the author behind The Enlightenment Discourses and a spiritual life coach based out of Orange County. It’s my goal to help as many people as I can find higher spiritual health, which is why I created my business and, by extension, this blog. While you can always schedule a session with me, or book an event, there are some questions that need to be answered before you dive into spiritual healing. Questions like; what does it mean, do I need it, will I always need it, how do I become spiritually cleansed, and so many more that simply can’t be answered at an event. But are necessary before starting your path to better spiritual health.
There are all kinds of answers to that question and the truth is, there’s no one right way. If your goal is to be a better person, there are many avenues to travel to achieve that goal. This is why I call myself a spiritual life coach and not a guide. I have advice and experience that will certainly help you on your path to higher spiritual healing, but the choices themselves have to be made by you. I will do my best to coach you through spiritual counseling, but at the end of the day, how you achieve your inner happiness is up to you. That being said, it always helps to have resources along the way to point you in a more productive direction.
Spiritual Life Coaching
This blog will discuss some of the most common practices used for higher spiritual health, while also acting as a library for anyone curious about this practice and what it means to follow it. I’ll discuss the history of some of these traditions and which ones can be the most effective for your day to day life. There is a wide variety of methods used in spiritual healing, and hopefully, through the course of this blog, you can come to know some of them deeply. If nothing else, you’ll learn something new by reading about these traditions. Whether or not you put any of this into practice, learning is always one of the best ways to become a better person, even if it’s something you don’t agree with or want to commit yourself to following.
Committing to spiritual health can be daunting. There’s a lot to figure out, which is why having a spiritual life coach can be incredibly useful. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses, and some spiritual healing methods may be more effective if we play to our strengths. That doesn’t mean you can’t achieve spiritual healing trying something new, it simply means you have to think about how you address the problems in front of you. That’s what coaches do — they help the people they’re working with become better at whatever it is they’re working on, whether that’s spiritual health or basketball.
If you’re still curious or have a question you’d like to see answered, contact me. If you want to discuss more private matters, schedule a session so we can discuss what may be best for your spiritual healing.
